Health and Fitness


"Health is wealth". Good health is provides a good life. Good health and fitness helps human to live well by mentally, physically and protect health from various diseases. Good health can be achieved by regular exercise, diet and nutrition, proper rest for recovery stress and physical sickness. In present world many people is suffering for carelessness of health. Smoking, alcohol, having drugs, taking fast foods and there have many more things which affects human health. Healthcare can reduce the chances of various diseases and also protect human’s health. Health and fitness make the difference between living and living well.What should you do to having a good health???

Yes, good health is important but something that too much is not good. I mean if you fitness to keep your body health it is good but if do it too often it is not good anymore for you and sometimes to take alcohol a little bit it is good for your health especially for people who stay in cold season because it is help your body keep warm. Everything that not too much is good, keep doing something in proper standard.

Hey Amit, great job but just easy to announce!!! Have you ever thought about our own diet behavior? Have you ever thought about our own sleeping behavior? May be it is going to be the better subject if you write about this issue in the sense of “why do we people with this sufficient knowledge are still following the wrong behaviors through our social life?” On the other hand you can even touch the social issues in the aspect of culture practices and start blogging on this subject “why the European people are more concerned on their social behaviors, food practices and etc. regardless on their low context of culture”. By the way it was a good topic to choose and it is going to be the better controversial issue if you touch the mentioned issues.

Yes, living a healthy lifestyle helps us to protect ourselves from many various disease. In the other hand, we cannot deny that there are temptations around us. Smoking, alcohol, drugs, and all the negative elements do affects our healthy lifestyle. But I do agree with Nella where a little bit of everything will not harm our body. Only the excess of taking it will harm our body. Everyting should be taken moderately.

Amit, health and fitness is indeed a good topic to talk about. Today's teenagers who wants to attract the opposite sex and/or those people who actually care about their health go for various trainings and fitness programs. based on my own experience...starting off the trainings are simple but maintaining the routine is very tough and complex.

Fitness is the urgent need for the peoples of the present day world. It can help us to incraese our life time and also give us mental refreshment, which can support us in every work. So, by having a great helth and fitness, we can be suceed in every sphere of our life. But, for being suceed by the way of fitness, we should first take care of our health, diet and exercise regularly.

well..everyone is talking about health but it seems no one is concerned about the environment that much which can significantly affect our health!! exercise,controlled diet,restraining yourself from substance abuse, fitness program..bla bla bla--nothing's gonna help if the environement you are living in is polluted. Think about it and try to be more environment friendly.Btw a good topic you've chosen!

Everyone in this world wants to have a good health to live better and longer.However, each of everyone of us would have our own way of taking care of our health.Some people will go for diet or gim or taking medication but to me,eat more vegetables!!!It does keep our body healthy and fit.Other than that, we also have to sleep well and have some time to keep our mind relax to avoid daily stress.Moreover,Cleanliness are also part of having a good health and living.However,cleanliness,vegetables and time management are important for me to have a good health and living.

In my opinion health is a luxury for us to have , without our health there would be a lot of complications in our life to do things, example walking up and down a flight of stairs can be strenuous to a person who doesn't have good health and fitness. My advice are to take care of your sleep , eat a balance well meal , and above all exercise a bit , even half and hour a day is good enough

I agree with Anuar. Health is the most important thing in life. Even if you have money but you are constantly sick there is no point of living. If you don't take care of your health, you will only spend your money in the hospital. My advice will be the same, do some simple exercise and eat a balance meal to keep our body well.

I am also agree with Anuar and Eason. If we want to live the happy life life we have to wealthyIf we want our good health we have to every thing on the time. And we also have to eat some balace food which contain some vitamin.

Yes man….! Healthy life is very important then any think. Let me tell you something about me. When I was in my country I’ve never exercise my self and I get sick at leas once in a month and my mother spend me so much of money to the Hospital. Then when I came to Malaysia I’ve started to train my self since I started to workout my self I’ve never get any sick or I’ve never been to hospital. Good health Good future..!

Well, Amit this is a good to discuss about probably the most important thing in live is good health. Without good health we may experience debilitating diseases and an unnecessarily short life span. It's fairly easy to achieve good health, but it involves certain changes in our life style which are sometimes difficult to do at first. But it can be made possible by starting it slowly and by making small changes at first. There are several ways to achieve good health and one of the most important facets of good health is adequate exercise. Exercises help us achieve good health by strengthening our cardio-vascular system, strengthening our muscle mass and reducing the affect of stress on the body. Opposite to that there are some aspects which can affect our health such as poor eating habits. Healthy eating is very important in achieving and maintaining good health. Including poor eating habits excessive smoking or drinking is certainly detrimental to our good health. Here I would like to oppose Nella and Ellyn’s earlier comments that a little bit of everything will not harm our body, it’s okay to occasionally imbibe, a few drinks once in a while are fine, and small amounts of red wine are actually good for you, but there is no such exception for smoking. As a study in a Chicago University (Illinois) is founded out that exposure to prolonged puffing can perk up levels of a stress hormone in the heart which potentially reshape the left ventricle and deface our heart. So sooner one quits smoking, the faster the body can begin to repair the years of damage.

What you should do to have a healthy life? Simple; eat well, sleep well, good hygiene, exercise yourself,laugh more often, eat more fruits, good sex,and try to be joyous as much as possible!

yes ,I agree with you,health is very important for every one.there are example show how importang about the health,example the health is “1” and your money is "0" so there are if you dont have good health(1) how every how many money(0)you have the end of result is zero.because you dont have hte health(1)also you dont the money (0) 1000000000.

Ok what will i do to have a good health?
well i will take in the right nutrients that should be taken regurally. Workout or excersise to keep me healthy and remove away any lazyness. Eat more vegetables and fruits. Stop taking in anything that has a harmful effect to my body such as drugs, smoking etc. and mostly i will hang out with friends and others to have fun and enjoy to have a good enjoyable life.
